"Fraudulent, Dishonest, and Completely Untrustworthy — DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY This company is an absolute disgrace. I scheduled and paid for a deep clean of our new home before moving in — while it was completely empty — and they flat-out lied about doing the work. I received a text message saying their cleaners had arrived at the property, but when we got there (after traveling from out of state), the house was in filthy condition — dusty floors, dirty bathrooms, grimy surfaces. They didn’t lift a finger. It was exactly as the previous owners had left it. They charged us for a job they never even attempted to do, and now they’ve completely ghosted me. No calls, no texts, no emails. Just silence after taking our money. To say this was inconvenient would be an understatement. I’m 7.5 months pregnant, exhausted, and part of a military family trying to settle into a new home. We trusted this company to help during a vulnerable time — instead, they took advantage of us and left us with an uncleaned house and zero accountability. I have photo evidence of the state of the home and the text message they sent claiming the job was done. This company is not just lazy — they are deceitful. They knowingly scammed a pregnant woman and a military family, and clearly thought they could get away with it. If you’re even considering using this company, don’t. You’ll get lies, neglect, and a mess to clean up yourself. This is theft, plain and simple. Report them. Warn others. They deserve every bit of the bad press they get."

"Mr. Mendez and his crew were excellent! Communication was great! They took all the old tile flooring up in the kitchen, laundry room, and 1 bathroom then applied a leveling mud. After this they installed all new Laminate water proof flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. And then they installed quarter round in all these areas. They did a great job of moving big pieces of furniture or appliances around to complete the install. And, they cleaned everything up! They did all of this in 1 1/2 days. Their price was far below any competing contractors. I would hire them again! Outstanding!"
