I was told I would receive paperwork showing the cost of material and labor, not true. The metal roof was installed on September 12, 2025, I have not received any paperwork or the warranty. At Aspire Homes we offer top notch Remodeling and Handymen work This includes but is not limited to: drywall, painting, floor repair, mounting objects on walls, calking, moving heavy objects, yard work, landscaping etc. At Aspire we encourage all of our handymen to complete each job with dedication, persistence and an eye for detail. We ensure that each homeowner gets high quality workmanship and that the homeowner is completely satisfied by the time we leave the home.

"I had an overall estimate prepared by Jonathan in early July, which was better than the other contractor that had come out. Tristan from Aspire then came out and removed the bad brick molding, installed the flat type of molding that was wanted along with the ledge over the doorway to ensure no rain would be able to get into the top of the storm door when it rains, which was good too. Tristan had to deal with heavy downpours of rain while trying to install the molding. For what he had to deal with, he did good. Tristan remeasured the back door for Jonathan so the proper size of storm door I wanted could be ordered. After aproximately a month and a half I reached out to Jonathan by text to get an estimated time for the door to be installed, but never received a response. Approximately two weeks later I was contacted by Aspire and informed Jonathan had been let go and someone else from Aspire would continue the job. I was then contacted by another worker, Peter, who was very informative even though he had been given very few notes on what still had to be done. Peter came out September 15th and he was able to get information about the storm door being at the Home Depot in Pensacola even though I live in the Fort Walton Beach area. After Peter picked up the door and brought it to the house, he measured my back door and the storm door he picked up to find out the storm for was too big for my doorway (36" door was ordered, my doorway was measured at 29"). Peter returned the storm door to the local Home Depot and had to special order another storm door. Peter kept me informed about what was going on and he would come back out to install the door once it was in at Home Depot and anticipated to install the storm door on October 2nd. I advised Peter I had to be at work by a certain time and he advised he could install it without me being at the house. On October 2nd another worker named Joel, who came out to the house, but I had overslept and did not hear the doorbell. I was contacted by Aspire to reschedule since Joel could not make contact with me. I informed them that I was under the impression Peter would be coming out. They advised Peter was not available and Joel would be the one coming out again on October 5th. When Joel did come out he was only provided minimal notes about replacing molding for a storm door to be installed. He did not know a storm door had been ordered and was to be picked up at the local Home Depot. Once Joel got in contact with Aspire, he went and picked up the storm door and began to install it. I had to leave for work prior to Joel finishing the job, but he provided me a text message later on stating he installed the door and where the keys for the storm for were left. After returning home that night I recovered the keys for the door and looked at storm door. I noticed the frame of the storm door on the latch side was not snug up against the top of the door frame for the storm door and the latch does not catch the plate to stay closed and the storm door has to have the deadbolt extended to keep the storm door from being opened if pulled on without having to turn the handle. This is why I only provided three stars since there was a gap in the process, multiple workers and minimal information that was provided to the workers to keep them informed of the current process of the job being conducted."

Must Read if interested. Will save you$ Lately I've been installing Gutter Protection "Get it and Neglect it" is kinda slogan. But I'll Quickly explain WHY.. I worked for LeafFilter Gutter Protection, installing & service work for several years. Have experience in Gutter installations, & some woodwork (soffit fascia). Life wa$ Good But, I watched Customers pay 5-9k for Gutter protection & I immediately knew what my future was. To allow thousands to end their Gutter Cleaning days as I can actually HELP EVERYONE by making it AFFORDABLE, For Everyone. (Avg home $800-1,800) Oh & I get to make my hrs and work less. With all that said, I believe in integrity, & thoughts matching words, matching actions. We Operate in an Honest straightforward manner that will allow me future customers for years to come. Plus I innately feel that we are all here to help each other in some way or another and we get what we give. The product we use is an almost identical product made by Gutter Glove for a price thats 75-80% cheaper on average than the BIG BOYS after Installation. (With a 40 year warranty. They have literally just cornered the market ) I'm owner operated, been doing gutters & gutter protection for over 5 years or so but just recently started working for myself in August 2020. I have Several Professional Helpers, that like myself take Pride in what they do, & I also Inspect every installation before paperwork & Payment. We are Licensed and Insured & We offer Free Estimates in 24Hrs!** We also take b4 & after pics of Install so u can see it all! We really feel like we're helping people. Again, I watched Customers pay 5-9k everyday, I picked up the check. & this was just for gutter protection, not gutters also) It's true Most don't realize the importance of Gutters on our homes. They protect the Very Foundation of our Homes. But we don't have to break the bank to do it. We are a Growing Business & would love for you to be a part of our Growing Family! So Thank You & Be Blessed

Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

In most cases, it makes more sense to repair leaking or damaged gutters than it will to replace them. You’ll spend an average of $400 to repair your gutters, while full replacement will cost around $2,000 or more, depending on the gutter material and style and the size of your home. If your gutters are nearing the end of their lifespan—usually around 20 years for aluminum or vinyl gutters or up to 50 years for copper or steel—then it might make sense to replace them, as it could cost you less in the long run.

Common problems include rust, leaks, and clogged downspouts. Regular cleaning prevents most issues.

When you need to repair your galvanized gutters from leaks and caulk isn’t doing the job, you can solder your gutters with a roofer’s soldering iron. First, you’ll need to clean your gutters thoroughly with a wire brush and remove rust and oxidized paint. Next, you’ll make weld points on the gutter and solder over the connection until it’s completely smooth. You can also hire a roofing company near you to tackle this project.

Minor repairs like sealing small leaks or cleaning debris are DIY-friendly, but professional repairs ensure long-term stability and proper drainage.

You may have a clogged gutter. Downspouts can also clog if your gutter collects too much debris. Hire a professional gutter cleaner, and if you still have problems, install a gutter guard (which prevents debris from entering your gutter system) and a downspout extension (which helps drain water further away from your foundation, so it doesn't pool near your house). Follow these tips to keep your gutter downspouts clean.
