Response was prompt. Initial repair was a quick fix and may not be final repair, but he offered to credit me for the first repair should we need to try something else next time. That is more than fair to me. But we need some rain to know if the first repair worked.

I needed my gutters replaced, they couldnt handle to drenching rain and I always had ice jams. I and was given Tims name. He gave me an estimate in August 2021 to remove gutters and down spouting, replace with 6 inch gutter and 4 inch down spouting. and add gutterguard. We agreed to a time frame for mid-September. This year I called on Tim again to redo the roof on the main house and the in-law suite. I have an unusual connecting area to the main house and the water overflows the gutter at times since it was all aimed in one direction.. Tim explained what he planned in terms that I understood. This work has just been completed. Tims work is high quality and the price is reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Called the day after I posted the problem and arrived that afternoon as he said he would. Understood the problem immediately and also pushed back in and caulked some other trim that had been pulled out by a squirrel and birds nesting. Also noted some other small abnormalities that could be quickly addressed to avoid future problems. completed the work timely and pleasantly.
