"David is very reliable and is always punctual showing up ready to work.  His prices are very fair for the work that he performs.  We have previously used David on other jobs for sheetrock repairs and ceiling paintwork. You can read my previous review for work performed where we were very happy with the mud work David did to repair our ceilings after popcorn removal.  I would not hesitate to use David for sheetrock work especially in areas where there is no flooring or furniture.  Our only complaint is that we have had issues with our flooring and furniture being protected while David is painting and making sure all areas being painted are rolled to properly cover in paint.  I admit that painting white ceilings can be tough to catch areas that aren't fully painted over but a thorough inspection is always warranted to make sure the job is done right and there is no old paint bleeding through. We have had problems with paint dripping on to our furniture and flooring.  In a previous job with David we had paint splatters all over our living room carpet, furniture and stained built in cabinets and on this job we have found paint on a very expensive bed comforter and carpet.  Our advice is to work with David to either move your furniture out of painting areas to avoid damage, or make sure you are pleased with how your flooring and belongings have been covered to prevent damage.
