I’m a local man that enjoys working with my hands. I understand that there are times when someone needs a hand with projects or repairs with having to use costly and intimidating contractors. I like to be “the guy next door” helping out. It takes a village.

Hello, My name is Jacob Stevens I run a few businesses and the best way to describe my main job is inventor/scientist as my main job. I got into this because I kept helping people with handy man like tasks and decided I might as well do it as a side thing. Handyman tasks are something I generally enjoy doing and seems to be needed in our area. I am very detailed oriented and can solve any problems given enough time and budget. When given a task I prefer to do It fast and efficient before moving on to another task but I am able to multitask very well. Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a great day.

With over three years of hands-on experience serving the surrounding communities, I have established a strong reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality construction and property management services. "I never contacted the provider or used this service in anyway. I have to
write this review so that the request to write this review stops
popping up.
The rating is bogus as it is required to be able to submit.

"They swept my fireplace and repaired the damper, which another contractor had left non-functional. Arkyn got to me quickly, was 100% professional and was friendly. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they lift. I'm so glad I found them."

"These guys were great!! We had a delivery of a massive new front, all in one piece, very heavy. They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"

"The friendliest and outgoing people I've ever met I referred to all my friends awesome outstanding work I would def recommend them to anyone"
