Continual excuses about why things were taking so long (timeframe promised was 7-10 days and after 2 1/2 months job was not completed); non-responsive and did not show up as promised. Also, parts of the job were done incorrectly. Regret ever giving him the job."

"I cannot recommend this company. We called hydroscout out to our home to help with detecting a leak. I will say the technician that came out was very professional and thorough. Our leak was so small that its location could not be pinpointed so the technician recommended coming out again in a couple weeks. The main office / management scheduled a follow up session at my house for 2 weeks later, in fact I have a voicemail confirming the date. The morning of the scheduled follow-up appointment I called to verify I was still on the schedule. Much to my surprise my appointment had inexplicably been cancelled. This was a huge inconvenience as I shuffled my work week. Very disappointed in the poor management and customer service. Needless to say I am going with another reputable company in the area."
