He also also painted my porches. He listed a fair price. In the meantime I decided to have my house inspected to make sure everything was okay. The home inspector gave me a booklet of all the issues that needed attention. I was apprehensive about hiring different workers to do the various jobs since I have been overcharged a number of times in the past 2 years. I am a 81 year old woman. I asked Ken if he would be able to repair everything on the list. He said yes and I was so relieved and appreciative. Ken Mathis employees Robert and Grady and their crew did outstanding work.
