GEORGE'S AUTO GLASSAs usual, absolutely perfect. His staff is always friendly. My husband normally handles everything when it comes to the auto so I normally do not come in contact unless his comes to my employer to change out my windsheild. However, he has changed out my windshield twice and both times, we have received excellent work. The last time he changed out my windshield I needed it changed immediately. My windshield have been knocked out with a baseball at the park. He could not come to Enterprise, AL (40 miles away) as he was booked for the day but he did stay late so my husband could take my car to him. His rates are absolutely reasonable.- Jessica S.

Triad Restoration Inc.My home had been vandalized and Triad was contracted through my insurance agency to make the $32,000.00 in repairs. We live out of state, so we had to trust they would do the work properly. The work they did was fantastic, so I’m told by my shady property manager. However, while the Triad crew was working on my home, a neighborhood child threw a ball and broke the highest window in my in the house. The Triad crew let him go and did not tell me about the window. I didn’t find out about it until my HOA demanded it be fixed and my property manager asked Triad if they knew how it had been broken. I still can’t wrap my head around grown adults who are supposed to be professionals, watching my window being broken and not notifying me at the least but not even getting the name of the boy or his address. It makes me even wonder if there was a boy and if the crew members broke it themselves. For this lack of professionalism, they wouldn’t even get 1 Star if it was an option.- Colleen M.

Glass Doctor of DothanThe Representative was punctual and friendly. He matched a competitors price and placed the windows. The job was rushed the day he came and he had to come back to correct his work. They have honored the work and ordered window parts needed. I would suggest that the corporate office not press the field reps so hard. Rushing through to get to another job does not bring back return business. I got a good reference for this company and would use them again but gave them only "good" for an over all grade. A little polishing on getting the job correctly the first time would have gotten them an excellent!- Kenneth B.

HAWTHORNE WINDOWS & DOORSThey were there early just like they had said and got right to work. They got the job done in one day and the windows look great. Only complaint with them was because how long it tokk them to install windows it got dark and the did not clean up very well i was picking up garbage for an hour the next day but for the price and quality a little garbage wasn't a big deal.- mikel f.

CUSTOM GLASS DESIGNSI was not initially pleased with the work that they did. After 3 contacts with them they finally took care of the problem. The first job, that I ended up paying for, was not correct. I called them and they wouldn't come out. Then my wife called and talked to the elder there, and he said to bring the door to him. I removed the stained glass door and took it to him. In about a week's time he called and said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, it was fixed in a way that I had suggested to his son, but his son didn't want to fix it. The job the son did was unacceptable because he had a metal bar stabilizing the window. I told him that it didn't look good and he wouldn't correct it or take off the metal bar that he put on there. It was the father, the elder man, who finally fixed the problem, but they still charged us. It cost me originally $300 and then an additional $250 after I took the door down there to get it fixed right. They charged me almost double to get if fixed. They are the only game in town, you can't find anybody to do stained glass in this area. We had to take a chance with them but we did end up getting it fixed when we took it down there. They showed up on time when they came here the first time. They did A work the second time and F work the first time. If my stained glass broke again I would have to take it to them, but if there was another company in the area I would take it to the other company. The older guy was good but the younger guy was not, he did have a good work ethic.- Don H.

CUSTOM GLASS DESIGNSHe came out as scheduled and evaluate the my cracked stained glass on my entry door and determined, I think wisely so to, to come back at a later date to remove stained glass door and transport it to his shop for repairs. He returned promptly on the agreed upon date and time. The stained glass door was reinstalled but I did not like the work. He had placed an obtrusive looking piece of rebar on the door and he insisted that this was a best practice throughout the industry. I explained to him that I would be happy if he'd just remove the rebar and cut it in half lengthwise or if that was not possible he could just remove it for good. We had an agreement for him to come back when he was in the area. Unfortunately my lawnmower had thrown an object through the window and broke the stained glass real good this time. So I called Mr. Grayson to schedule him to come out and he said that he was too busy. He promised to call back but it has been at least a month since he made the promise.- Don H.
