"I can't begin to convey the dissatisfaction in quality of service from Blair Windows. We ordered windows for our entire home going on about a year ago from time of order to receiving the windows. The workmen have been out to my over 3 times to replace the largest window in home and cracked my original window. My daughter is getting married in one week and I have a big piece of tape covering the crack in the window that sits in front of the house. Needless to say, I will never order any services again and don't recommend!!!"

So technically, flashing goes both over and under shingles. But generally speaking, flashing goes under shingles and beneath the house siding. And in most cases, you can't see the flashing from the ground.

A spray foam roof lasts 20 to 30 years if installed and maintained correctly. Spray foam roofs should be recoated every 10 to 15 years to maintain the UV protection and waterproof surface of the foam material. The longevity of spray foam roofing will depend on the thickness and density of the foam, the protective coating, and how well it’s maintained.
