"I am incredibly grateful for the fantastic service Corey Harris provided in the way he addressed my chronic flooding issue. My husband and I purchased a new home about eight years. During that time, we discovered a hidden creek in our backyard. The creek received water from several neighbors' located behind us on an hill. After a storm or heavy rain, the creek would crest. This caused an enormous amount of water to run through our backyard, into our driveway, cross the street, enter our neighbors' driveway, and into their backyard. The water resulted in large holes forming in the street and flooding. Because of Corey's excellent analytical skills, he was able to offer his assistance. We had several lengthy discussions which focused on the best approach without spending a fortune. Corey explained everything clearly and gave many options, as well as explanations of each. Corey showed enthusiasm. He was professional, personable, and a fast pace worker. He also exhanged thoughts and opinions with neighbors impacted by the flood. "The job was completed. The rebar was not placed in the footing. A rebar pole was placed in the cement blocks that were already stacked every 3 feet after the footing/base had already dried. Concrete was also mixed and placed where those poles were placed. I requested the stucco to be tinted instead of painted. The stucco was rushed painted and needed a 3rd coat. He left the paint instead. I have requested a receipt of payment 9 times now and still have not received one."
