"My irrigation system was not working properly and I had had two previous "irrigation experts" out to repair it to no avail. Then I had several thousand dollars worth of plants and bushes installed and during installation, several lines were cut, causing a serious threat to the new plantings. I went to Angies List and read the reviews of two companies that sounded like they could handle the job and sent communication to both. Within a couple of hours, Southern Appeal responded and set up an appointment for two days later at 9:30....Mark called around 9 and said he would be a few minutes late.. When Mark and Justin showed up a little bit later they went to work immediately and took each zone and diagnosed the problem and fixed each zone. They got the entire system up and running perfectly and made suggestions as to how to improve pressure and then walked around showing me each station to make sure I was happy with the coverage.........then we ran out of daylight....they never quit from 930 till dark and would have stayed longer if I needed them. Can't say enough about the professionalism and "can do" attitude of these guys, I would highly reccommend Souther Appeal Landscape."
