Here is the real bottom-line: John did a number of different jobs, including repairing a door that was leaking, for $3000. Earlier, I had had a Lowe's representative look at the door; he informed me the door was beyond repair and offered to sell and install a new one for $14,000!!!! I'll go with Mr. Clean every time!!! Additionally, when I was having a leakage problem prior to the door being fixed--and it was delaying installation of a floor I had purchased, John made a special trip to my house on Saturday morning just to help out. Halo Construction LLCAs I am looking to put my house on the market soon, I had a few repairs I needed to get done. The exterior of my house was quite dirty and the driveway full of algae. I had a cracked window pane, a leaky sink pea trap, a leaky sink faucet, and a bathroom tub that LITERALLY required a wretch to turn it on and off. I found Halo Construction on Angies List and contacted Kristy via phone. James came out the next evening per my schedule to take a look. This was very important and I have a very busy schedule. After James got an idea of what I needed done, Kristy emailed me an estimate 3 days later. James was able to come out and get started two days after that. He arrived when he said he would and got working right away. James and his team worked VERY hard all day long and into the night. A 3 hour plumbing job turned into an 8 hour job after he ran into a bit of a snag with the shower faucet (see below). He finally finished at ~8pm! The house exterior looks almost brand new! (see pictures) There's a few things James did that other pressure washers don't. His team hand cleaned every window frame, they used a long handled brush to scrub the very top of my siding, and after pressure washing they hosed the house down to prevent streaking. It's this attention to detail that sets Halo Construction apart from the others. The sidewalk and driveway went from greyish green to nice and white (see pictures). They guys even went as far as pressure washing the curb in front of my house and cleaning the debris off my house. He did such a good job with the window pane that you can't even tell which one was replaced. The pea trap, which should have been a simple job, was complicated by the fact that my house is almost 50 years old with 50 year old fixtures...yet James's and his creativity figured out a solution. The sink works great now. Initially James was only going to replace the stem of the tub faucet, however like the 50 year old pea trap, the parts for this faucet were no longer available. So James replaced the entire bathtub faucet, shower head and spout. He did this with no extra labor costs and charged me the actual price of the parts. I was very pleased by both the quality of work, the price, as well as their flexibility with my schedule. If James and Kristy keep up the level of service they provided me, I know they will very successful in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Halo Construction to my friends and family.- Matt H.

Southern Power WashersI left for work at 8 he was pulling in with his job trailer and truck (very nice equipment). I came back for lunch and he was finished. He hand scrubbed the vinyl and pressure washed it clean. His cleaner didn't hurt my pants and he sprayed water on the before and after to make sure they where safe! I am extremely satisfied with the results. My carpets look so fresh and ALL the spots (pet accidents) are gone. They haven't reappeared after two months, as sometimes has happened in the past. There was no residue or odor. I allowed carpets to get thoroughly dry before walking on them. The white tile with white grout on the bathroom floors is impractical; the grout catches dirty water when the floor is mopped. Since Hayes worked on it, it sparkles. Hayes was recommended on Angie's List, backed up by social media input. I had been skeptical, because of dissatisfaction with previous attempts to use professionals, especially the large chains. I was satisfied in every way and will pay to have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis from now on. It freshened the entire apartment.

We requested an estimate, and the crew came within a couple of days to introduce themselves. The crew same a few minutes before the start time, and finished well before the end time. They moved the furniture, cleaned the walls and trim, cleaned up when finished, and did an excellent job. We will definitely use this company again as needed.
