He quoted a cost of $2800 to do the job and asked for a $1400 deposit up front. We signed a contract with him, and paid the deposit via check. Since then, he never started the work, and after we asked for our money back, he stopped responding to texts, phone calls, and fax. He doesn't work at the address listed on the contract

They finished everything off by adding colored gravel around both concrete pads & rearranging large rocks & potted plants I already had. It is a beautifully finished yard Their attention to detail was A+ throughout the project. Everything was done on time and clean up was superior. They left my surrounding property looking better than it was before they started. Everyone in the crew was good at their job and very professional. They made my vision come to life

On the day of the estimate,he presented several options for me to consider as regards the different styles and processes to provide a finished patio that we would be happy with. The next day he arrived on time to remove the old flagstone patio.In the process of completing the removal, Joe advised of a potential problem concerning the integrity of the current patio structure if he was to remove the entire floor consisting of both flagstone and concrete. He suggested a plan B to finish the project. The result was a beautiful polymer and colored concrete resurfacing. This was accomplished with the original quoted cost. It took 3 days to complete the job, and each day the arrived on time,leaned the work area each day before leaving and completed the work in an excellent professional manner. Joe spent a lot of time explaining the process, showing us pictures of his completed projects, and giving his ideas of different looks. He was very pleasant and professional and we got a feeling that he was an honest person to do business with. We did get a couple of other estimates and decided that Joe was the right guy for the job. Joe brought us a couple of sample boards with two different colors that we were interested in. We decided on brown tones, but the sample he already had made up was not quite right. He then made a larger sample just for us with with the colors we requested which proved to be perfect. Joe and his two man crew started the project when requested. Joe worked right along with his guys each day making sure everything was to his liking. The estimate was for a two week project and it was actually finished in eight days! This was even with a couple of shortened days due to rain threats. The guys worked non stop every day. My wife was quite happy that they cleaned up every day before leaving. The finished product was beautful! It looked better than we had hoped. Joe and his crew are a pleasure to do business with and provide quality workmanship. We have even asked Joe to do a couple of other projects for us

"I was happy with the work First Class Coatings recently did in installing the epoxy finish to our garage floor. However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect.
