But 1st Class Window Cleaning took the worries out of that. Matt and his son did an outstanding job, cleaning our windows both inside and out. They are both dedicated to their craft, very pleasant to work with and were quick. When the job was finished, Matt made certain that a final walk around with us was performed before closing up to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the job. Based on thier performance, along with their very competitive pricing, we will definitely be calling them again for our Spring window cleaning. Forever Clean HomeA friendly young man responded quickly to my request for Gutter cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Window cleaning. He cleaned out one clogged gutter, I am not sure if he cleared the downspout, I will need to wait for rain to see how it works. He was supposed to then power wash house and squeegee clean the windows. His pressure washer broke so he returned the following week to do this. The pressure washing was poorly done. I said that I did not want toxic chemicals, just a mild soap. He used pure hose water. Areas were missed or poorly cleaned. I don't think he did anything on the south side of the house. I asked him about this and he said that he did it first and that it dried by the time I saw it. But there are still spider webs on the siding next to the chimney and dirt on the under side of the the siding lips. Also, I don't think his ladder was even tall enough to reach the upper part of this side of the house. He didn't clean the garage doors until I asked him. He did not clean the outside of the gutters. He said that this was not included. He left some areas with dirty streaks. I asked him about these and he took a rag and smeared around the dirt. He said that he did not want to do the windows because of the screens and his insurance. He charged me $300 for the power wash, for about 3 hours of work.- David O.
