Technician called 30 min prior to arrival and on time, introduced himself, we covered the list of items I requested for service, then we went to each area and discussed it further to ensure we had the same understanding, he gave suggestions, I did appreciate that. Gave the approximate time of completion for each area, as a precaution in case the one hour time was exceeded and the cost changed. Informed me before and after of the repairs. After completion of all work, we did another walk thru told me what was done and if any unforeseen occurrences that may have caused for adjust or something that I may look at for the future. "AWESOME! We have several dogs and cats, and carpet throughout the house. Earlier this year, our beloved dog Millie (she passed away in May) became incontinent and had several accidents throughout the house during early spring. Despite old stains and smells, Steam Master Cleaning was able to get the carpets almost back to new!
