The owner spent several hours - on the phone and via emails - going over all the options. The plan was very detailed - even pointing out to the installers which parts of the garden to be especially careful in. Everyone involved was very professional. This was the third fence we've had installed. The other two cost less, but soon looked awful. This one seemed a bit pricey, but it was money well spent. They came on site to assess project and provided estimate in timely manner. They agreed to provide extras we needed (totally dog escape proof) which other estimators refused to consider (difficulty of uneven ground levels). We were provided email pictures of possible pergolas to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The work was completed in less than two days, on the dates promised, with everything done exactly as promised

We got several estimates and looked at both wood and vinyl but we chose wood and were impressed with Rick from MSF's professionalism and attention to detail. There were a lot of granular details in choosing the fence style, gate style, and we also had pergolas installed, and Sabrina was very helpful in explaining differences to us and helping us get things figured out. We scheduled our work, gave a deposit and eagerly awaited our new fence to be installed. The workers showed up on time on the planned day, and were very courteous and professional. However, I noticed that the fence panels on their truck were NOT what we had ordered. Brian who was the crew chief apologized and immediately contacted the office to figure out what the issue was. As it turns out, there was a miscommunication between the front office and the wood shop which resulted in the wrong fence being built. We were pretty frustrated by this, as we had already been waiting several weeks for the work to be done, and the fence now needed to be started over from scratch. The folks at MSF all apologized profusely for the error which we thankfully noticed before they started taking down our old fence - and they made plans to expedite construction of the new fence and get an installation date on the calendar. They were able to return about 3 weeks later with the correct fence. The men were again punctual, polite and professional and checked all the details first with me before getting started. They got started and worked efficiently, getting the entire project done in two days. If there was any question about specifics and our preferences as they worked, they asked and made sure we were getting what we wanted. They were friendly and courteous - I have young children and I hate the idea of having construction workers swearing, etc - and there was none of that. They did an awesome job on two of the hottest days of the summer, and the fence looks amazing. We have already gotten so many compliments and we are really just so pleased with the work. I'm giving them an A - even though there was a major setback in the process which resulted in an annoying delay for us, they identified the problem, promptly implemented a solution, and were professional about it and apologized profusely, as they understood how frustrating this was for us. We have some other fencing we will want to replace in the next year or so, and I will absolutely, without hesitation, be using this company - will probably just confirm in triplicate what is being built before they send the order to the wood shop :)

"We hired John Elliott General Contractor to do a wide range of work. Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily.
