Started out OK, but went downhill from there. Fence was replaced in July but gate door defective, fence was not installed straight and workers left one of the previous fence posts in the ground. They don't have their own installers. John from Discount Fence asked for pictures and description of problems, which I sent to him and never heard fom him again, until he called to apologize for "dropping the ball" 3 weeks later. I was told over 2 different weeks that workers would be out that week...still waiting. Now almost the end of September and still waiting.

You are correct this year has a been a crazy year trying to continually satisfy our customers due to the large delays in supplier material and shipping issues caused by the Corona virus. Our normal lead time for getting a job done from date of deposit is 3 to 4 week. Its now taking us over 10 weeks to process customer orders. You are correct and I did apologize for the delay and the poor communication. I have been in and out of the building due to my entire family effected by the virus. My dad who is 85 years old was hit hard with the virus and was in the hospital for 6 weeks causing my focus to be a one sided. I am glad we did get your job done and want to thank you again for your business. We install over 1200 residential jobs per year and not all go according to the plan, but what we do well is keep coming out until the job is completed and do our best to satisfy the customer. Work went well. They hire 3rd party contractors to do the work. They were nice enough. My only issue are the gates dont feel very secure in the ground. They came back to strengthen them, but it did not make a difference. Otherwise they did a nice job.

Really poor experience with this fence replacement after reading some good reviews on this site. Sales guy was great, but the crew they sent to do the work had very little idea of what they were doing. It was maybe a day and a half "easy" job that took closer to ten days for completion. There was some rain to deal with, but that does not explain all that took place. The foreman actually picked up a guy from a yard crew working for a neighbor that knew more about installing fence then they did. They left a sloppy work site daily, trashed my garage after I let them use it to store tools, started late and left early just about each day. Lots of rework that I had to push for all along the way. Ultimately, the salesman who was a great guy was very apologetic and had someone come to my home to finish and correct the job. But, based on how painful the process was, proceed with extreme caution. I'm sure they have great crews with lots of experience, but they did not provide one for this job.

Planing was excellent, workmanship was remarkable. Installers were very caring. Backyard has lot of tree-roots. Lucky to have only couple of broken sprinkler pipes, even not obligated they help me to fix them.

Wonderful, everyone (from the office to the estimate to install) was friendly, helpful and professional. The installers were fantastic, despite having to deal with extremely cold weather, snow, and unfortunately one very rude neighbor. We are so pleased with the fence and the experience.

Perfection from start to finish. Our yard has some difficult areas (trees, roots, etc.). One tree has major roots some of which were in the fence line. The original plan was to box around the roots. Mike the installer went above and beyond to make our fence straight. It looks beautiful.! My wife, myself and our two dogs couldn’t be happier.

Fence was installed withing 2 weeks of ordering. We were very happy with the short turn around time. Justin offered professional advice which helped us make a good fence choice for our dog. Fence looks great and price was the best of the 5 estimates we got.

They did a great job. The workers were excellent and their supervisor went out of his way to accommodate us with wiring they didn't have at the time. They went to get it special on the day of installation.

Fence appears to be high quality, but we were disappointed in the condition the yard and landscaping was left. They requested pictures, which were sent - but no one has contacted us. It's a shame that a positive experience was changed to a negative experience because we felt they were in a hurry, especially the last day.

Price seemed okay. We have no complaints. They were a little slow because of the weather. They said they were a little backed up because of the rain. They came in and they were on time.

Mike and Steve did a great job. They removed my old cedar fence and replaced it with a vinyl cape cod style fence and vinyl arbor. I'm very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them!
