He was not a "clock watcher", he cleaned until the job was done. There were no hidden fees or charges. Dave made sure all the burners burned and that we were happy before he left. We cooked on the grill that evening and our dinner was delicious! I plan to call him back annually. Originally our grill looked so bad we were planning to replace it. No need now

He called a couple of days after to check on the job and ended up coming out a second time because I did not think the flame was staying on. He was originally going to replace the regulator but talked me out of it as the unit was working. He told me what to do if the I thought the regulator was not working, before calling him for repairs. I really liked the fact that he followed up, and he was able to come and do the work whether you were home or not, and that he was able to send the invoice via email and I was able to send my payment via email. Very smooth, very easy. I will use him again. I am so glad to see a service like this available to people who do not have someone around to do these type of tasks
