- The Streetz MotorsportsHad my Toyota tinted here with the Ultra Performance package, a pricier choice than usual but one that blocks more IR (heat) inside the car. I have a thermometer both inside and outside the car (for measuring in-car temp as well as outside air). On the same (hot summer) day the difference between the in-car before and after tinting was 10 degrees - based on about 1 hour parking/driving with no shade, that is 10 degrees cooler after tinting. That is an anecdote, not a scientific research but it did contribute to in-car comfort, no doubt. What I really liked about the friendly owner is that he noticed my A/C was not performing as well as it should, and suggested I buy a Freeon can and even offered to install it for me for free. He did that and the A/C worked much better since. This is the kind of "above and beyond the call of duty" service and really impressed me - hence the 5 stars

- TRACY WINDOW TINTTRACY WINDOW TINT WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. THEY INSTALLED THE TINT AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THEY WERE TIMELY AND HONEST.
- TRACY WINDOW TINTI requested that the back window of my truck be tinted one shade darker than my side windows. They said it would be no problem. The price was fair but when I returned to pick up the truck, I was disappointed as soon as I pulled up. The widow looked actually lighter than the side windows. Not even close to what I wanted. I brought this up to the person who was working up front at the counter. She seemed blown away. She called up the person who did the tinting. She informed her of my complaint. Her response was "nope, that's what you wanted, sorry". I told them I wanted it redone. They said the best they could do was give me half off of the removal, and then I'd have to pay for it all over again. This blew me away. They wouldn't budge and I regret even paying them. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company. There are plenty of other companies in Tracy that won't tell you what you want. Go somewhere that actually cares about customer service
