I requested that the back window of my truck be tinted one shade darker than my side windows. They said it would be no problem. The price was fair but when I returned to pick up the truck, I was disappointed as soon as I pulled up. The widow looked actually lighter than the side windows. Not even close to what I wanted. I brought this up to the person who was working up front at the counter. She seemed blown away. She called up the person who did the tinting. She informed her of my complaint. Her response was "nope, that's what you wanted, sorry". I told them I wanted it redone. They said the best they could do was give me half off of the removal, and then I'd have to pay for it all over again. This blew me away. They wouldn't budge and I regret even paying them. Terrible customer service. Do not use this company. There are plenty of other companies in Tracy that won't tell you what you want. Go somewhere that actually cares about customer service.
