He explained to me that if there was mold there woul be signs of it and there would be an odor, but than he took a test of the wall behind the shower anyway and told me all was good. Communication, appointment setting, estimates, punctuality, and professionalism were all perfect. He did an excellent job and was easy to talk with. He also got along with our dog very well. There is an additional charge to have the rotary jet machine used in high traffic areas and the cost was quoted before starting any work and it is SO WORTH IT !!!!! We saw the rotary jet extractor on their web site and it does make a significant difference in the cleaning job. Our carpet was nowhere near as dirty as the client in the video, but having it done made this last cleaning job our best in the last 10 years

    It went great! I had called a plummer before calling Bruce construction and I was told that it would cost $250.00 just to get the leak fixed, that wasn't even counting the wall repair. I was told that the plummer would fix the leak but I would have to find someone else to fix the wall and get the carpet dry. Luckily I had a friend that hired Mr. Bruce in the past. Mr. Bruce and his very nice helper came in and fixed the leak, treated the wet wood for mold, fixed the hole in the wall, textured, painted, and got the carpet done all in one day and it all only cost me $200.0
