We are stuck at home because of Covid and our DirecTV is not working because our roof was replaced and the roofing crew removed and reattached the satellite dish. DirecTV was not able to get here for 5 days. I contacted Mike and my DirecTV was working within 3 hours. He answered the phone right away, was here within a couple hours and the issue was fixed that quickly. If or when I need service again I will definitely contact him again

He then took care of recycling the DISH after giving me the option to keep the DISH or have him recycle it

The owner/technician was able to quickly identify the problem as a corroded cable connection on the roof, which he repaired. He checked all the other connections as well. He verified that the receiver in question had a good signal. The business appears to be a one person owner/technician. He is experienced and knows his stuff

He took the extra time to bury the cable in our landscaping rock, and didn't even mind that our three year old sat there and watched him the whole time. We had the same good experience when they installed the dish on our previous house

I have no complaints, but probably would have complaints if I didn't have the insurance. I think the insurance is the way to go because you don't know when something is going to come along inside or outside the house. With the insurance, you're covered. They generally are really good about being responsive and the guys always give me their number so I can get a hold of them if I have a problem a couple of days later

"On time, very professional, work done within an hour. Installed two new deadbolts, new doorknob with lock, got them to work on the same key and had some new keys made. Also took out some vintage locks on the front and rear doors, from 1941, and is going to have keys made for those in their shop. Price was reasonable.

"The sales process was great. Mark came out right away after I set up an appointment. He walked me through every detail on the damage, how to work with insurance, and the plan to fix the roof. He was also nice enough to answer all my related questions to ice d*** issues, etc. Seemed very sincere and not trying to take me for a ride.
