Craig was fantastic. We had to move the date a few times because I was installing a new roof and the roofers kept getting backed up. No problem for Craig, he was super flexible and when he finally got the ok to install, he was super professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I couldn't be happier with the work Craig did, he will be my Dish technician as long as I have a TV.

Asked him weather upgrade or a fix was needed he gave timely information about what I need to do even knowing the information didn't
Lead to sale. At this time but will call if I need work.

Installed dish and set up 4 receivers with DVR in the house. First rate experience. Showed on time, explained everything and was extremely professional in completing the work.

assistant were on time for the appointment and did a great job at installing the dish and the receivers.
He had his laptop with and did all the the rebateforms for us.
It was a much better experience than calling the DIRECTV 800 number. I will hire him again for my own house to run some coax cable to different rooms. He was very professional and easy to work with.

I am a very particular professional service buyer. I use Angies all the time and don't touch people who have only one report. I was referred to Craig via another AV company. Craig came out, did a site visit promptly. We discussed using the Comcast cabling was important. He mounted the dish, connected everything, make it all work. I did need to cancel my DirectTV order and repurchase through him. Easy as I had not done the install yet. He is a dealer. Happy to give him the business. His service is free if you sign up with DirectTV. He blows away their techs.

I was impressed with how efficiently and quickly they did the installation. After the installation, Craig did a thorough job of explaining all the facets of the equipment and walked me through the entire procedure for obtaining reception. Since I had signed on during a rebate campaign by Direct TV, he helped me verify my rebate status on the computer. Just as he was finishing the tutorial, I received a phone call regarding a tragic death in my family. Craig immediately withdrew for a few minutes to allow me to process the personal shock, and then quickly and quietly completed his presentation and left. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a service provider. And now I'm enjoying excellent TV!
