They provided a $ and time estimate then moved the furniture, rolled up the rugs and took them away. Eight days later, right on schedule they delivered the rugs and put them back in place. We were thrilled with results. The spots and odor were gone. And we could once again notice colors and details that had become muted with 7 years of foot traffic. I would definitely recommend Remmers. They did a great job at a fair price
