Terrible- the service was not at what I expected. The $88 3-room special turned into $342 estimate based on floor area and rug dimensions. I was willing to pay just to have a clean carpet but the cleaning equipment they used is not geared toward stain removal or even carpet cleaning. This was a huge rip-off! I would urge consumers not to use this company if you are looking for excellent results! My carpet looks like it was just vacuumed at best. The technicians did try to treat the stained areas after I pointed it out to them but still did not get any better for the most part. Extremely dissatisfied customer! Two thumbs way down.

OK``had to clean it four times to get set stains out. Alex was prompt and stayed in contact with me. He even gave me advice on how to treat if happens again. Pleased with service.

Showed up early, which was fine. Immediately tried to upsell more services for the first 30 minutes. After rejecting all additional services, spent 30 minutes cleaning 400 sq ft of carpet. No carpet stains were removed. Looked like carpet had been swept with a circular broom. loose debris everywhere as well. I cleaned after they left with a rug doctor and it looks great now. Complete waste of time.

They are great. i think that they are very knowledgeable. I have used them once before for the same thing but just a different room. I would continue to use this provider.
