There were only a couple of issues when a team took on new members and they were quickly resolved with training. Elsa is a person of great character and commitment to quality.

Every room was cleaned with one area deep-cleaned. The area targeted for deep-cleaning will rotate with each cleaning in order to completely deep-clean the entire area every six months. Attention to detail is obvious: tile floors mopped, carpet and Oriental rugs were carefully vacuumed, all furniture polished, mirrors washed, bathrooms thoroughly cleaned.
