  David was extremely easy to work with. He returned my calls promptly. Estimate to completion of job was about two weeks. It was a relief to have someone call us back in a timely manner and complete the work. We are very pleased with the work he did for us. He is very honest and up front about cost and materials needed. He even took it upon himself to fix our slamming storm door on his way out. We've already requested him to repair a small crack in one of our exterior columns on the front porch.   When making a decision to have home improvements performed at my home it was important to me to work with a contractor and company who understood my specific needs and had a very good reputation from the local area. A good friend of mine referred me to call Kevin McIntyre with Home Run Improvement. I did and WOW was I impressed with their work. They did an outstanding job installing a new roof, gutters and gutter guards, siding, and aluminum trim around windows doors and garage. Now I can't stop talking about Home Run Improvement. They went beyond all my expectations and delivered the best-looking craftsmanship work that I have ever seen at a very reasonable price.   I found Home Run Improvement to be exceptional. The owner, Kevin McIntyre, came to my house on a Saturday to provide an estimate because I was unavailable during the week. He answered all my questions and was able to start work very quickly. The price he quoted me was much less than what my insurance company had estimated. He worked very well with both my insurance company and my mortgage company to provide them will all the documentation they needed. His workers were punctual, professional and courteous. They cleaned up every day and at the end of the project went over my entire property with a metal detector to find any nails, etc, not apparent to the naked eye. I would use this company again and will recommend them to anyone needing home repair; in fact, I've already referred them to one friend who was also very satisfiedshow more

  Home Run improvement really did an excellent job of transforming our vision into reality. Our old deck was not safe with stairs that were hazardous and a huge amount of wasted space underneath that was weeds and uneven rocks and created a sturdy deck and a screened in porch which is a joy to spend time in. Home Run was constantly in touch with us and kept us informed every step of the way. After removing the dangerous stairs, They completed a restructure of the upper deck and built a new landing with stairs descending to the yard. Then they poured a 19X15 foot concrete porch area below the deck. Once the concrete was set, construction of the aluminum screened in porch section was completed which encompasses a majority of the area underneath the deck. Adding some lattice around the lower portion of the screened in area really added some extra character at a low cost. The Home Run Improvement team never tried to sell us on additional upgrades or items we did not need, but did discuss possible options to assist us in creating a great space. We now have a great space our family will enjoy for years to comeshow more

  We were very impressed with our service. Pat McIntyre oversaw our job and kept us informed at each step along the way via text as to when to expect the materials and the workers. When additional items were found that needed replacements, Pat handled them quickly with proper claims to our insurance company. There were separate crews for the roofing, the siding, the gutters and the electrical. Each and every man that came on our property behaved in a polite and professional manner.   It went perfectly. We bought an older house in the Highlands and the screens were a mess (we closed on the house without noticing that all of the screens were bad). I called Angie and she and Chris came to the house exactly when they said they would, fixed one of the screens in place and took the rest back to their shop. They returned the next day and installed all of them, even cleaning out the window side channels where there were remnants of hornet nests. The price was very reasonable and the screens look great. We can now open the windows and let in the warm spring air. Chris and Maggie are delightful humans, honest and professional. I highly recommend themshow more
