Vent Vet's Will Ponce cleaned out our dryer vent last week, which although I frankly didn't think we needed such a service since we without fail clean the little link trap at dryer door after drying anything, now I am super happy. Thank goodness we hired Vent Vets. Will took a quick look, touched nothing (meaning he didn't tinker nefariously with anything) and instantly pointed out that the metal u -shaped thing was actually broken. We are no experts so hadn't even noticed. That broken u-thing could've started a fire which is a terrifying thought. A foolish neighbor of ours started their dryer a few years ago, then left to run errands while their dryer caught on fire. I phoned the fire department ASAP; plus I personally lost a close friend??to fire. Thank you, Will Ponce & Vent Vets."
