  EJ is amazing. We needed some electrical work, some sound and audio work and he did it all amazingly. We wouldn’t ever now have anyone else do this work at our house but him. He is talented, knowledgeable, the most amazing person and so kind. EJ is everything and then some😊

  The results were outstanding! We are so proud of the home that GI Construction built for us. The place looks spectacular and we were finished on time and on budget. Isaac Prives was our project manager and he was a wonderful leader for the job and a caring partner to us. We were able to take advantage of their corporate discounts, which saved us a substantial amount of money. My wife & I were pleased beyond even our highest expectations. I think much of our success was because we planned out this project very carefully & specifically with Isaac, so that at virtually every stage of the construction, decisions were already made, supplies were already selected/purchased/ready. My wife & I have done this a few times before, and we share & know each other's tastes. Isaac, however, opened our eyes to a whole new level of options, ideas, etc., so the project also felt new & fresh for us. This was a real treat, much more so than other projects my wife & I have done in other cities (e.g. Sudbury, MA; Windham, NH; Newport Beach, CA, etc.) with other construction crews. Isaac's crew were professional & conscientious. We trusted them and they delivered... big time

  I have used Elite A/V several times and keep returning to them for my home Internet and media needs. FIrst I had a robust home wireless network installed with modem, router, and WAPs. I ended up with a 5g and 2g personal and guest network. They were thorough in testing signal strength and selecting WAP placement. Carmine always line items the estimate in great detail and reviews with you so you can understand what it is and decide if wanted. I appreciated hearing options and pricing so I could make choices. They have subsequently talked me through a couple resets when Cox or the router hiccups and they are always gracious with my subsequent tech support inquiries. The wireless upgrade work was about $2700 I then hired them to wall mount a 75 in tv which I ended up purchasing through them as the price was equal to anything I could find online or through a store sale. It was so much easier having them bring it and unpack and just take care of it all. After discussing sound options, we purchased the Sonos system - soundbar for tv and subwoofer. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and expertise. It all looks great, wires all hidden..Apple tv hidden behind. I then extended the Sonos system with controllers connected to existing hard wired system. We reviewed options togethers and decided to connect to existing built in speaker system as the sound was good. Now I have audio streaming throughout the home segmented by room and cintrolled from mobile devices. The price for the tv, Sonos bar, subwoofer install was about install about $3800. I do not recall the cost of the Sonos controllers for the rest of the home. Carmine genuinely listens to you and offers options in various price ranges so that the customer can make an informed choice. Nestor, one of the techs, is very knowledgeable and helpful and I learn from him so I can trouble shoot. On the few occassions when the router has hiccupped, they responded quickly and talked me through the reset. I would say that network reliability is about 99% but I plan to purchase a device to monitor network and reset as needed. I have subsequently turned to them to mount my updated Apple tv to the flatscreen and to wall mount a new tv. I plan to continue using them for future home networking options (e.g., thermostats and lights

  AMAZING RESPONSE AND SERVICE!!! I called Elite A/V and owner Jeremy answered at 6:30p Friday evening July 3rd on a holiday weekend and their tech Dillon was here by 8:45p! Wow! Since installation three years ago (by Best Buy) we've had an intermittent issue with our audio dropping out from our TV/Cable/Receiver system. It was like there was some sort of secret mystery remote control button combination that would totally shut down the audio but we still had picture. As equally confusing was there was no apparent or consistent fix that restarted the audio. I've spent at least a dozen hours plugging, unplugging, wading through menus etc plus Cox / LG tech support to no avail. I've worked in film and television my entire life so it's not like I'm a neophyte. The tech, Dillon was polite, professional and apparently very knowledgeable as he had our audio up within 10-15 minutes. What he found was that during the original setup the installer had assigned conflicting input/outputs to the same HDMI port and instead of just looking for an HDMI signal from the cable box, it was also looking for an optical audio signal from the coaxial cable at the same time. This created a conflict in the port and was causing our problem. That may not be a 100% accurate description but it's as close as I can remember. Since I thought this was likely some sort of remote controller issue, I had asked them to bring out a universal remote system. However, once I explained to Dillon how we use our system, he said there was really no need to spend money on an expensive fancy remote for our basic use and needs. What a hero! The repair cost was more than reasonable and Dillon left with a handsome gratuity for his honesty and great attitude! I'll be calling these guys back next week for some home automation needs and I highly recommend this vendor to anyone

  Tracy is a nice guy! He arrives on time with a smile on his face. He is always polite and explains the computer systems in terms I can understand. during his first visit he wall mounted the flat screen and installed the sound system for indoor and outdoor use. He works quickly and cleanly...always. He offers advise about upgrades and the newest technology AND weather the enhancement is worth the price. On another visit Tracy set up my smart box system and worked on our computer systems, cleaning and resetting what needed it. I don't know the proper terminology, however I do know the systems, computers, TV and audio all work well and our family is happy with Tracy's work

  Exceptionally well. We shopped 5 different vendors before selecting this company. We went with them because they were professional, punctual and most importantly, affordable. The day of the installation, the tech showed up 10 mins early (that never happens!) and was quick and efficient in completing the installation and setup of the system. He walked us through all the options and settings on the alarm and knowledgeably answered all our questions. We haven't had any issues with the system since it was installed. We would highly recommend this company to anyone
