- Antac Pest ControlThis is a property that we used to live in and now rent out. We want it to be in good condition. I was out at the property and noticed some gopher mounds. We had an animal control company that we used regularly, but he threw his back out and have not been able to help (and unfortunately could not refer anyone). I called Antac and since we had a regular service, they were able to offer a $35 monthly service and treat the area that had activity. They will walk the property every month to ensure no other gopher activity. They will also call the tenant a day ahead as a reminder
- Terminix - Jacksonville -Termite & Pest ControlHad an Inspector come out and provided a verbal quote of what was to be done to remove an unwanted animal living under my house. Paid for the service in full and was told that the agreement would be emailed and I would receive a call to schedule. Was never called for scheduling, found out when I set up my account online when it was scheduled which I had to change because I work. Never received the quote/agreement even after calling 3 different times. On the day of the service, got a call with only 1.5 hrs. left in their work day from the technician saying he would be at the home in 35 min. I asked if he was going to be able to get the work done in one day coming so late and when he started to tell me what he was going to do I explained that wasn't the service I paid for. When I told him what I was told was to be done, he said he was a manager and that he couldn't do what I was describing for what I paid, he would have to charge more. The conversation escalated and he finally said he wasn't coming at all, he was cancelling my service. I called the sales agent who verified that what I paid for was what we had discussed and he said he would call me back. No call backs, still waiting for a refund and I still have something living under my house. I wouldn't recommend Terminix to anyone unless they want to be lied to, cheated out of thousands of dollars and then discarded like trash. Shame on the Jacksonville, FL branch for putting this type of light on the Terminix name. Never will I do business with them again

He came every other day to check the traps until there were no rats for two trips in a row, then he removed the traps. He always called the morning before he came out to let us know the time, and he was able to work with us on the appointment time so we could be here. He also found two holes in the stucco that the rats had chewed to get into the attic. He sealed those hole

"Paw Prints was very professional during this difficult time. I'd contacted Nate a few weeks prior to my dog's passing, to discuss plans and make him aware that my dog's health was declining. On the day my dog passed, I'd called Nate at PPPC and informed him. He picked up my dog's body within the hour and took him back to the PPPC facility.
