Thank you so much to Michael, Patrick, and Carlos for helping out at the last minute. We are having work done on our house and the contractors found rotted wood with some critters in it. Michael and Carlos took the time to come out the very same day I called (which was a Friday afternoon). They took the wood back to the office to have it inspected. Carlos and Patrick arrived a few days later and treated the new wood. All men were very courteous and professional. As a woman I really appreciate this. Thank you so much again!

My lawn was not doing so well because of the lack of grass!  It is a
sandlot... and full of ants.  I spoke to the lawn technician on the 3rd
treatment and he was so very kind.  In fact the staff is great with the
exception of owner. The tech advised they don't treat for ants!!!  That
was my number one issue when I spent the $300 a year.  Long story short,
I only had 2 treatments in the yard and the tech said I should save my
$$ :)   I called the office to cancel and after no less than 5 phone
calls, I spoke to STACEY.  Good grief, she was so uncordial and I
decided after ELEVEN years I was lettin' 'em go!!  She said fine, she
would deduct for the two lawn visits.  Ok.... well - 3 weeks later, she
sends a check after i call and have to "remind her what I wanted" for
$150.  She charged me $150 for 2 lawn treatments.  I now have TruGreen,
$57 a treatment and it is working out.  
STACEY is an unreasonable and unscrupulous business person.

I hired Bugaway last year when I moved into a new home.  Her staff is very courteous, always on time, and very thorough.  They treated our home inside and out.  When we had a flea issue with the pets, they handled it until it was completely resolved.  I am very impressed with their service, pricing and excellence.  We have no sign of any critters anywhere around our home, thanks to Bugaway.

The service I received from the technicians was very satisfactory. During my third annual treatment the tech found evidence of active termite activity. The manager reinspected and said the damage was my fault, repairs were my obligation and in addition I had to make major modifications to the stucco/ground surface. I paid $2800 for repairs and mods. I had no notice of a problem until the damage occurred.

It was excellent. They did an outstanding job. The price was very competitive. I had quotes from other companies, and they were quite more.

They do a good job. The price is great. They are always here if I want them. I think he was early the last time.

We are very pleased with their service. They were super friendly, knew what they were talking about, and very professional.
