- Chem-Dry By Kevin JonesIt went very well! My family had moved all of the furniture out of the room the night before, and we vacuumed thoroughly. Chem Dry called a half hour before arrival as they said they would, and he arrived within the time window the appointment-setter gave me. He asked what I wanted done. He explained there would be an extra charge for the area rug, which was understandable and fine. He vacuumed then deep cleaned and protected both the carpet and rug. He gave me a can of their carpet cleaner and a guarantee that they would try to remove any spot at no charge provided we had tried their cleaner unsuccessfully first. He noted that the carpets would be dry enough to move furniture back in roughly four hours. It was, and we moved everything back that night. The carpet looks beautiful! I love using ChemDry because the process doesn't leave the carpets very wet. If we used one of the wetter services, we'd have to pay to board our 2 dogs, as it would be nearly impossible to keep them off of the wet carpet for 24 hours

They tried up to 3 times to remove the spot, at no additional charge. However they were unsuccessful in removing the spot. The delivery company that actually caused the stain eventually paid to have the carpet replaced
- Chem-Dry By Kevin JonesIt went fairly well. I think the tech who was sent out her though; he had not being doing this very long and he even admitted that. It seemed to take him long and my carpets were a lot wetter than they should have been. He ended up having his manager come out and kind of help figure out what he was doing wrong but they solved all the problems and I’m guessing that the tech who was here probably wasn’t employed after another week or so. I have had them a couple of years before and I have been impressed with what they did. I liked their product that I can buy for spot removal and stuff to keep here so I’d like that. In terms of my overall experience I would say I that I would rate them highly because I used them and I used them once at one of my rental properties and I think my last experience was just that a guy was very inexperienced with using the stuff because it was a lot wetter than I have ever had the rug that would been as before

They showed up when they said they were going to – in fact they were a little early. They gave an estimate & stuck to it. - Chem-Dry By Kevin JonesThey was fine. The guy came they cleaned my rugs, everything was okay, really. I try to get my rugs cleaned every two years. They came when they said they were going to and they brought them back when they said. The only thing that was misleading is they say for two area rugs it would be blah, blah, blah. When I called them they said oh, that only applies if we clean your rugs in the house, but if you have area rugs we have to take them out. That was a bit confusing, but they did. My rugs are 8x10 and the other is 9x12 and the rugs are heavy, so they do have to take them out. So, I thought that was really misleading. They could have offered a third off or half off or something, which it definitely was not. So, I don't know what to say about that
