The requested job was distribution of 39 bags of mulch that I supplied and planting seven flats of flowers. Toni and his partner layed out the design of flowers. Following my approval of the layout they did a beautiful job of planting and mulching existing perennials in the bed, a Crepe Myrtle and a large area of Boxwoods. In addition, they pulled the weeds around the Crepe before the mulch went down. Toni is a super nice guy. He is very personable and easy to work with. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
