The Cleaning Specialists (Nick and Tim) arrived on time and were always polite, professional and friendly. The truck and equipment were first-rate. "This will be the second time I've called for something that turned out simple and almost a wasted trip for the technician. In spite of this, the technician was friendly and helpful. Around 2am, the furnace wouldn't run past the inducer phase. I called Colonial around 7:30 am. By 8 am, the office called to go over my warranty. By 9 am, the technician was at my house. I couldn't believe how quickly he came. He explained to me the light flashing code on my furnace, lifted the air intake PVC tube, and there was a single leaf preventing the furnace from establishing a draft. There had been high winds that night, so it made sense. The technician showed me what to do if it happened again and he was on his way.
