Amazing! I am so happy I had this done and they did a good job. They even found an old sippy cup in a duct! I already had a friend call them to clean her home as well. I recommend them, and the Groupon helps a lot.

They were very good. What stood out about them was their professionalism and timeliness. They were very fast but they were thorough. They had some system that actually shows us, they go in with their camera and show us that they were cleaned. They did the before and after. It was good.

It all went well overall. I asked how powerful his vacuum system was; as I wanted to compare it with the other companies I had called, the only problem was, when I asked him this; his response was that it was powerful enough. He did not have any pictures of before and after the work, which other companies have most often. He was really a nice and a thorough person.

Very well. My objective was achieved. I did not want construction dust circulating and did not want to prematurely age my furnace by requiring it to operate caked with construction dust. I was happily surprised that it cost half of what I paid 15y ago by a subcontractor to another well-known company. The process and quality of work was the same.

Has base rate starting at 10 or less vents (my house has exactly 10), then something like 20 per additional vent. He was very responsive, and when he knew he was going to run a bit late he called well in advance of the appointment time. He also called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away. He let me know, too, when we made the appointment, what he needed from me (moving furniture, etc), so there were no surprises. Strongly recommend

Very good job as far as I can tell. Our ducts were really dirty.

The company owner arrived to do the work. He arrived on time, was professional - and inspired sufficient trust for me to leave for work. When I returned home, all evidence of the chore was gone - that is, everything was clean and tidy. The first time I turned the heater on this fall - there was only clean air coming from vents - no smell of burning dust.

I contacted AAADC after reading Angies list (this type of contractor is worrisome to me). He quickly arranged a day, gave me instructions on how to get ready for him, and arrived on time (8:30). He was careful to not damage or dirty anything by using tarps. He worked quickly and finished at 1pm. Quick 10 min lunch. Importantly, he showed me that my furnace filter holder is about an inch too wide. He adjusted the filter to fill the gap as best it can, and told me how to fix the problem. All in all, a very satisfying experience. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The rep, John, called me, but did not say what company he represented. I booked him to come. Later another person called, and I thought he was from the same company, but he was not. Ended up with 2 people, so we sent this guy home for $50 service call. He was not as professional as the other person was, and was also going to be more expensive. Would not come after 5 PM on weekdays.

Very prompt, quick and thorough. Explained several things that will help improve air handling systems in the future. Really nice person who works without stopping, but is also very personable. Cleaned up after himself! Careful with home furnishings. Concerned about doing a good job. A real old fashioned (but not old!) professional serviceman. Well worth the money and will hire again.
