Unfortunately, the work was not done correctly, and the quality fell well below expectations. As a result, the tile had to be removed by him and the materials I purchased were thrown away due to improper installation. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the handyman eventually agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the materials—but only after I made it clear I was prepared to pursue legal action through small claims court. I’m sharing this experience so that others are aware and can make informed decisions when hiring for similar work. This review is based entirely on my personal experience and the facts of what occurred. To note, I have used him multiple times over the past year and have never had a problem until this job.
