The first visit was with TJ who inspected the line, repaired several outlets and gave me an informative, non-pressure evaluation of my current electric panel that was 40 years old. After going over pricing options, I contacted Safe Electric and TJ to do the panel replacement. TJ, Eric and Brendon were the team who were at the house to replace the panel. The team were all professional, knowledgeable and practiced COVID safe repairs, wearing masks. The work took several days, the first day was to replace the panel and get everything wired back up. I also had to have additional outdoor upgrades, including an additional grounding bar. Finally, a new meter had to be installed. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a generator on the last day to keep some essentials powered during the power outage. "I’m so glad I went with APEX Pros. I was under the misconception that going with the bigger companies meant more money yet, I have had small business owners give extremely high estimates even without expressing the full scope of the job. I have also been taken advantage of by the smaller companies several times. With APEX Pros, the technician Romerial was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the job quickly. There were some broken support brackets from the drain pan and so everything was draining to the floor. In order to cool we had to swim basically. Floor was covered and each tech before APEX and Romerial had no clue what to do. It’s been going on for months and now I have a dry basement. The technician explained the job, showed me exactly what was going on, walked me through the full scope of the job, then estimated the time at two hours, brought a level of calm and comfort to me that I had not not even once during the hvac issue.
