"<p>Very thorough inspection. He inspected everything inside and outside the house and found some things such as it needed a new roof (leaking inside the house), attic insulation, broken water pipe, among other things that had not been revealed by the seller. He wrote a very thorough inspection report with photos of everything and had it to me the next day by email.</p>
<p>He saved me a lot of money. He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to ensure absolutely everything was inspected properly. I would never have known about the problems with the house if he had not inspected it.</p>

"CertaPro was referred to me by a friend who had used them in the past. They were the middle estimate we received in this process.
<br /> CertaPro was very good at communicating and walking you through the entire process. The office administrator would call and make sure you knew who to expect and at what time. They showed up on time and were hard workers. There is typically a project manager onsite that supervises the crew while the owner rotates between job sites.
<br /> The uniformed crew was very nice and extremely professional. They did a great job and you could tell each individual took pride in their work. They were nice to my kids and took time to answer questions.
<br /> My one and only complaint involves the storm windows. In my opinion, the storm windows were not re-installed properly and the windows began "sweating" immediately. Other than that, no issues and we will definitely use them again if the need rises.
