Joe, the owner, was very patient the day I called over 6 times to ask different questions to compare the minutest details. I decided to go with them in the end because they would add a fourth swing to the beam at no extra charge, you could choose to get swings, a glider or a baby bucket at no extra charge, you got a personalized sign included, a free quarter panel to temporarily block off the back fire pole until your child is ready, a steering wheel included, and a choice of chains or rope for swing accessories. Other companies nickel and dime for each of these things. Additionally, they have in-ground installation and most importantly, they could install on a slope and I didn't have to do anything to prepare for the installation (level an area). The guys who came to install the set were extremely nice and let me play with the placement angle until I was happy with it. Our whole family is extremely happy with the set and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. We had a very positive experience. Thanks
- PLAYNATIONThey did a great job. I looked at several handymen to set up the playset and one was asking for $2000. I purchased the playset from Playnation and paid $150 to have it installed.
- Advanced Plumbing ServicesHe was very prompt to respond. I called him at 2pm to ask him to come out and check into a suspected gas leak. They came out to give me an estimate within an hour and a half. The next day they came back out to repair the problem. They always give me a good price. They do good work. They are very clean and clean up after themselves
- RAINBOW PLAY SYSTEMSIt went great. We just moved to Georgia and have a Rainbow Play System that was only a year old, so we brought it with us. I called and wanted them to put up our system because the movers we used didn't seem to know what they were doing. I had originally called back in April and had been quoted this price. Their prices have increased, but they gave me the old price when I mentioned it. The guy who actually installed the system was neat, professional and very nice. He gave me a lot of hints on how to care for the play system
- KING OF SWINGSWe went to King of Swings to see the showroom and consider our options. The owner, Joe Rehme, was very helpful. He could answer absolutely any question, and thought of many things I had not. Our space is limited, and Joe was very good at helping figure out what would fit-their systems are very customizable. He also was great with our two small children as they played there. We were very impressed with the quality of the products and the price. We had looked at a couple other competitors that may have looked fancier, but also cost more and didn't really provide anything better. We also considered some much cheaper options, but felt that this product would really last for years. The installers did a very nice job. There was one error with where the hangers for the swings had been drilled on the swing beam, but they fixed that quickly and easily. Only other complaint-Joe told me there would be no need to do any kind of treatment at all on the wood, but the installers said we would need to water seal it. We've had the system for less than a week now, but it looks great and the kids are loving it

The owner was there and allowed us to tour the shop where they make the sets -- the cleanest shop I have ever seen! He was very knowledgeable and helpful -- not at all pushy. We purchased in January during their "Dead of Winter Sale" -- definitely the best deal around. The installation was on time and quick. Overall, a great experience, and our daughter absolutely loves the set

- KING OF SWINGSWe had a great experience from start to finish. The showroom is nice and my kids loved playing on the equipment. They will customize the swingset to fit your yard and your needs. The installers were very nice and did an excellent job placing it with plenty of room for the kids to move around and not fall off the slide. The slide doesn't get too hot even after a couple hours in the sun. I feel like we got a lot for our money considering the price includes tax, delivery and installation. It is much sturdier than the sets at Toys R' Us or Lowes. My kids love to play on their new set and get upset when it is time to go inside. That is the sign of a good swingset

Not only did he come out before we placed our order to help us decide what equipment we wanted to get and how we could fit it in the space we had available, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our play set after installation as well. Given the slope of the hill where we needed to install the play set, it was difficult to know exactly what all we needed to make everything work until it was all in. After we tried the set out, we realized we needed to make some modifications, and Chris kindly came out and did everything we asked. He couldn't have been more helpful

"The rockers and tables I purchased are made from recycled milk jug materials. I was told they will not rot or easily stain. They should clean easily with the spray of a garden hose and perhaps a bit of dawn dish soap for stickier substances, like pollen. When I called their offices with a question, I immediately received the information I needed or was told they'd find out and get back to me; they did! If I had to leave a message, my phone calls were promptly returned. A high level of customer service was consistently demonstrated throughout the process. From the time I saw their sample pieces at the Atlanta Home Show, to my visit at their Marietta showroom, to the delivery of the items in my home, I couldn't have been more pleased. They are a bit pricier than other vendors with similar products. Nevertheless, the beautiful quality of their craftsmanship, coupled with their exceptional customer service, made it well worth the price I paid.
