    Our experience with Pegram Fencing was exceptional. We live in Germany and have a rental property in Yorktown. Our tenants reached-out to have our leaning backyard fence repaired. We chose to contact Daniel based on his awesome reviews on Yelp. He went to our property and explained our options thoroughly over email (with pictures, which was very helpful since we couldn’t physically be there to see the work in person). On the day of the job (which was to replace 4 wooden posts), he also resecured some pickets around the yard which were loose, cut off the bottom of pickets on gates to allow full opening without dragging the ground, and tightened the gate latches with new screws. We really appreciated his attention to detail. Highly recommend without reservations

    Daniel did an amazing, amazing job! We had Daniel re-build our fence gate & do a few other repairs to our fence. We also had some special requests, which Daniel was happy to fulfill. Our new gate is sturdy & secure, gorgeous to look at, and built to last. His communication was excellent (probably the best communication we've ever gotten from a contractor). If you're thinking of hiring Pegram Fencing for a new fence, or fence repair, just do it. We will be hiring him again, & recommend him to all our family & friends

    Once the installers arrived, everything went smoothly The job was understandably delayed due to extreme weather. Ray, who is part of the sales force, sat down with us and explained how the entire process would go. She was straightforward and honest and the price point was appreciated. John, who is an office manager, kept in constant contact with us during the down time between the estimate and the install. He was very prompt with replies to all of our inquiries. Lain, who was the lead installer, was very professional and went above and beyond with the install, as well as the materials. He even offered to spread dirt to help level the look. Due to upcoming projects, however, this was not necessary. It was a welcomed gesture. Even thought the weather was very hot and humid, he and his crew pressed on to complete the job in a timely manner. The finished fence and gates were plum and level and they look great. We were very pleased with the whole experience

Workers were very friendly and did an outstanding job. kinda felt a little sorry for them when they were digging post holes by hand instead of using a power digger. Anyhow, they did an outstanding job and kept the area clean and free of debris. Thank you again for the outstanding job

    We had huge tree limbs fall on Our home during a storm. We filed a claim with our Insurance Company. The immediately sent a claims Representative from First Atlantic Restoration named Jon. He took the time to explain what needed to be done. penny informed me of when work would begin. She kept in contact during the entire process. Jeff, Gene, & Don made sure the work was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Chip Dawley even followed up to see how the job was going. They restored our home and made sure they cleaned up. This job was done with professionalism from each person We came in contact with. Our home does not look like what it Went through. I highly recommend First Atlantic Restoration

    This AWFUL Experience began July 2020! We purchased our first home, and needed to make some improvements. Such as a new Front Walkway, and Back Concrete Patio with Stairs, Gutters, Driveway Double Gate, and New Back Door with Storm Door. When the Sales Rep came out, he was very nice, respectable, straightforward, and honest. We asked questions, he gave us answers with his honest opinion, and then we sat down to discuss the estimate. Because we were wanting to do several projects, he needed to come back again. On the second visit, we were sold...everything sounded great, and im extremely careful about how things are written and worded, because I dont want any room for errors! On the third visit the Sales Rep came back with the Concrete guy, and we went over the style, pattern and color we wanted, and we thought all was good! August passed, No call! September passed, No call! My husband called and texted the Sales Reps number several times in October, No response! October passed, still No response! November comes around and my husband calls the main office to find out whats going on. They take his information, and my husband gives them our Invoice #'s from our Contract, and they say they'll be in touch soon. December comes around, still No response. We're getting very Angry, Im ready to cancel Everything! My husband calls the main office again, and they take his information again. A few days pass and my husband calls back and demands to speak to someone who can tell him why no one knows anything about our Contract, this was the week of Dec. 14th! They tell us the Head guy will be returning our call in an hour. And he actually returned our call! He said our contract had been misplaced and put in the wrong file, and that our Sales Rep was going through health issues. The minute my husband mentioned that we didn't feel this project was a good idea anymore, he cut my husband off to say that he's getting his concrete guys together, and they'll be out there on Thursday to start leveling the ground. I almost felt like we had no say. The concrete Subcontractor guys were very nice, we had no issues with them personally, but the design wasnt looking the same as had been discussed so many months before. After they leveled the ground, I had to keep walking through the design with my husband about the framing they had up. Fortunately, the workers were so accommodating, and had no problem making any changes to their designs for us. Since our concrete patio was going to be 15' x 16' , they put an expansion joint down the middle. We mentioned maybe needing a second going the opposite direction, but they said it was fine. I really wanted to have our patio finished for the holidays, but they finished December 23rd, and we weren't supposed to walk on it for several days. Just a few months later we already had two huge cracks going all the way across the center of the patio, in the opposite direction of the expansion joint, running edge to edge, and chunks of concrete continually breaking off of them! This doesn't have to happen! There is less likely a chance of concrete cracking so early laid if its not left sitting too long before being tampered with, also if its not kept too dry when being stamped, etc. So this is infuriating! Also, I began to notice things such as the stairs are not straight, each step is a different size, and I understand sloping for water drainage, but these stairs really slope! And the biggest problem for me was that it was too small! It wasnt even the correct size for a landing! You cant be on the top step and have the door open at the same time, not enough room! The Sales Rep himself even measured it when he came back, and said it was too short! The Contract Literally states "Cement Porch with Steps and Railings"! How do you fix this? The walkpath out front has no issues that I've seen, however, we are two months shy of a year since this project was done, and Railings have yet to be Installed on either of our stairs! HAZARD! Myself, my husband, and my dogs have all fallen off the side of our back "landing", Thank God we're always extra careful with my Grandmother when she's here...although, that shouldn't be the case...we should have a Railing of sorts for our front and back steps!!! Our next project addressed was the Gutters...and this is the only project that went right...so far! Then we had our Double Driveway Gate Replaced, which began January 4th 2021. This project has been a worse nightmare than the patio!...Cheap thin wood, Bolts screwed on so tight it stripped and rusted the aesthetically pleasing appearance, nail gun set so high the nails shot straight through the cheap thin wood, holes not drilled before large screws were forced in causing wood to split all over, uneven placement of parts and accessories that had to be corrected by my husband, (best he could), use of little wood pieces instead of blocks where full weight is used, random nails through Nothing, Boards cracking in several places, some in half, many boards completely warped, mismatched hardware, etc, etc, etc! This Gate did NOT make it to month 6 before we were showing them all the issues we were having. The wheels on the bottom of the gate haven't been cooperating for several months...the gate is so heavy it cracked the wood that the wheels were screwed into, and now both gate doors are off kilter and dont want to function properly! Our original gate had wheels, and weight was an issue...and they convinced us they had it under control...now we're back where we started! My husband has been wanting to stain it for months now...especially with winter around the corner, but I want them to fix this! This company has an issue with responding to Customers, and Correcting their mistakes! It looks like they're trying to wait until January 2022, so they can say we're stuck with it because our Warranty is over...! Our Last project is ongoing and still in the process of being handled...but only because they screwed it up so badly! We had a PROVIA back door with storm door installed first Week of April 2021. We were so excited to finally have a decent back door that didn't suck our power bill! The guys came, they started installing. My husband used to do construction, but now he just doesn't have the time to do his own projects around our house...of course now we both wish he had! Anyway, at one point my husband asked the installer a question, trying to be nice...and the guys response was, (*shrug*) "Im just a Mechanic"! I was a bit speechless...! Why wouldnt they send a professional to do the job...? This guy didn't even know what he was doing! So my husband just let him do his thing. When they were done they handed us the keys, packed up and left. My husband and I were looking over the door questionably! There was caulk EVERYWHERE...on our walls, our floor, the new door, our new concrete patio outside. He had dented the knob, there were tool dents in our frame, there was an opening around the frame on the top and sides...my husband could fit all his fingers through! Light was coming through with the door closed, and there was a strong breeze from the lock area! I was sooooo angry! He left a hole along our base board were he removed our frame...didnt even try to match it up, and the scratches he left all over our walls made me sick! We immediately called the office, and the head guy said he was going to call him to return back to our house. I said I didn't want him working on it again if he put so little care into it the first time! The guy said he understood, but that they have to give them the opportunity to correct it. So the Installer returned an hour later and said, "they told me you weren't happy, what's the problem"...? So my husband started pointing out the main issues, and the guy cut him off to tell him what he was going to do, then he said "OKAY?" and went outside. We were yet again speechless...such a rude guy! He got some insulation and shoved it in the strike plate hole. Then he got some tubes of caulk and started filling in any gaps...anywhere! After he was done he said he was off...and we felt no better about things! We called the office again, and he said hes gonna have to send out the Sales Rep to check it. The day the Sales Rep came out, it was worse than he thought! The door had been installed incorrectly, and crooked. Both the interior door and storm door were also damaged! We told the Sales Rep, and even provided video proof, that his installation was so bad every time it rains, water pours in from the frame...and it has actually damaged our floors! We had only lived here just over 1 year when the door was installed, and now our flooring is lifting in that one area where it puddles everytime it rains! He made notes, said he wanted to get the PROVIA Lead Rep out to look at it before making any decisions. We asked him where we stood on everything else as far as the Gate, the Railings...the answer is always the same..."I wanna get this door taken care of first, but don't worry, we got you covered".....I dont understand what a door has to do with a gate and railings??? So, August 5th the Sales Rep and PROVIA Lead Rep come to examine the door, and the PROVIA Rep decides its too messed up and damaged to save, so they're gonna order a new set, but its gonna take a while because of COVID and its on backorder...AGAIN we mention the Gate and Railings...the Sales Rep goes to look at the Gate again and take notes, then he comes back and says hes gonna work on it, but he wants to get the door taken care of first...!???!!! NOW its the end of October, and my husband has tried several times to reach out and get a response from someone about ANYTHING...yet we hear NOTHING!!! Only 1 project was completed out of what we had done...and we had to start paying back at the beginning of MAY for the ENTIRE project!...how fair is that???!!! This Company needs to get their priorities straightened out! I wish we'd never done business with them!!! I will continue to share my experience with everyone I meet, and recommend that NO ONE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Money NOT well spent
