I will be truthfully honest with this review. The first meeting I had with Ryan doing the estimate went great. He wasn't pushy and made us feel very comfortable with doing the fence. After we signed and paid right then and there for the fence I went to read reviews as I was excited for my new fence. I know it's a bad practice and backwards but it's what happened. I came to be very worried as this is the most money I have ever spent on a home project. I was quickly reassured of all my worries by Luke the Project Manager. The crew showed up the first day and my yard was never marked by the utility companies. With that being said Dan Dale called and had them come out later that day. So they weren't able to install the first date scheduled. I will tell you the crew was great, nice guys hard working and absolutely professional. The first day we went over the plan and talked it all out and then the second day they came and did the install when I was at work. The crew arrived around 8am-9am. I ended up arriving home around 2pm to the job being 98% of the way done. I'm assuming they went to lunch, when they arrived back they finished the final section and did a great job. After that the job site was cleaned and they were on their way. Overall I was slightly hesitant to go with Dan Dale but looking back now I am absolutely pleased with the outcome and will recommend them no questions asked.

After several years of trying to even get a quote or estimate on a high quality vinyl fence from various local businesses, we called DanDale and they immediately followed through. It took some time to for the fence material to be manufactured, but that is because we ordered a relatively custom color. Once all the materials were delivered, it only took a single day to remove my old fence and install the new vinyl fence. I can finally enjoy my back yard again! Thanks DanDale!

The entire transaction from start to finish w/DanDale Fence was seamless. Stephan our sales representative was on-time, he actively listened to our ideas & and he suggested a fence we didn’t think of but was better than our original idea & perfect for the “vibe” were going for & it turned out to be a cheaper price than the fence we were originally thinking of. John Arzillo was professional & kept us informed on the next steps of service, kept us up to date, and was very quick on replying to all my text and emails. Katy was sweet and followed up on the install & to see if I had questions or concerns and gave up updates on next steps for inspection. Two things I also was impressed by was how Stephan stayed at my house until sun down working to help get us financed & both John and Katy followed up with me, asking “how I liked the fence?” That told me they really cared about the guest satisfaction. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with this company from start to finish and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family who want a fence!

I had a great experience! The installation guys were friendly and had good communication with me while I was at work. Overall I was very happy with the decision I made. And was able to finance the cost.

They contacted me to schedule an in person visit to do a quote and they would NOT schedule the appointment unless my wife was also available. After insisting that this is neither necessary nor practical, there was no way around it. Moving on to a company that does not have policies that block me from doing business with them. I get that this company has most likely had problems with dysfunctional families, but that shouldn't stop them from learning how to effectively do business with those of us that function very effectively as families where responsibilities are divided effectively.

It was an absolute pleasure working with DanDale Fence. The experience was pleasurable from start to finish. The salesmen Ryan was very thorough in his presentation and didn't hesitate to answer questions when asked about the product. Every point that he touched on we personally experienced from a No-Name contractor from Lowe's. The quality of the vinyl fence that was presently there was leaning and had gaps between the panels. Some of the post were not not secured in the ground and the DanDale workers brought it to our attention. We are very pleased with the new vinyl fence that we have and though it may have been a little pricey it was well worth it. It even came with a 5 year warranty of which we never had from our previous vinyl fence installer. Excellent job by an excellent and professional crew. I would highly recommend DanDale to those who want a true professional to install their fence.

From beginning to end I received top notch service. I was shown multiple samples to choose from, a date was set and my old fence was taken down and carted away. Once local permits were approved a date was set, and after a brief weather delay, my double gated wood fence was installed on a Saturday to my great satisfaction. I want to personally thank Shawn, Stacey, Stephen, Emma, and Cliber and his install crew for making this an amazing experience. I highly recommend DanDale Fence.

We just moved into a new home and had sort of a weird layout we wanted fenced, to include both the front and back yards. Vernon was our sales person and he was great. We had to reschedule a couple of times for various reasons but he was super responsive and helpful with getting us on his schedule. He spent the whole 3 hours with us during our consultation going over different layouts and materials. He was friendly and genuine and gave us his honest opinion on what type of fence would work and look best for our property. The installation team was also great. They arrived on time, were nice and polite and incredibly efficient. We were quoted 5-7 days for install and this team had it done in two, which was a huge relief since we have two dogs who were chomping at the bit to be able to run free in their new yard! They also cleaned up everything and removed all trash and extra materials. Overall we are super happy with the quality of work, the professionalism of both Dan Dale and the install team and of course the finished product. Would definitely recommend.
