"Mike and his crew performed painting of our full interior for our home outside of Riverton, this year we hired him to stain our cabin and paint the metal on our shop. They performed professionally and and did an excellent job with no problems, no errors! They fixed the runs and bad texture on our interior left by the previous "painters." If you don't want to install gutter guards, the most inexpensive alternative is to clean your gutters as soon as they start to fill up. You can use a leaf blower attachment to make this process easier. You can also install gutter screens, which are typically made of wire mesh, nylon, or foam. These usually cost much less than a full gutter guard installation and can reduce regular gutter cleanings.

Gutter guards work in heavy rain, but perhaps not as well. The main purpose of gutter guards is to protect your gutters from getting clogged with debris, which can be carried (or worsened) by heavy rain. While they reduce debris buildup, ice dams may still form without proper attic insulation and ventilation.

Any small amount of standing water can be damaging to your gutters. It’s recommended that a ¼ inch puddle or more should be addressed. Failure to keep water from pooling in your gutters can result in clogs, algae growth, and pests that damage your gutters over time.
