When looking at two similar carpets of the same material and type, the 60-oz. carpet face weight likely indicates higher quality and more durability due to heavier carpet fibers.
Concrete flooring, particularly sealed concrete, is the lowest maintenance flooring available. It is affordable, durable, and can last more than 100 years if you seal it and care for it.
