He informed us how everything would work, he worked very fast and was pleasant to chat with, and the finished gazebo looks awesome! (just how I wanted it) I’ve worked with home service guys and contractors in the past and they always seem to be a little rough around the edges but Jared was not this way at all. He was incredibly professional and we even became close friends by the end of the job! I would highly recommend Jared for any construction or contracting work!"

Algae doesn't directly contribute to wood rot, like mold, but it does create conditions that can lead to mold over time. Depending on the extent of the damage, already rotted wood may need to be replaced if it’s no longer structurally sound.
