They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. "We called Machen for an estimate to tear off our old roof on our house and detached garage. They were very responsive and Jodi even came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products we needed, and we were impressed that he actually climbed the roof to take all of the measurements, where other contractors we had contacted did not. The estimate we received was fair considering that the roof deck would need wrapped and the amount of ice guard we needed. Jodi and his team were on time every day and got right to work. They took their time on the job and were very conscientious about the work performed to ensure it was done correctly. Jodi takes a lot of pride in ensuring the job site remains neat and takes a lot of care to ensure they thoroughly clean up before leaving for the day. We ran into heavy rain halfway through the project and Jodi even came out on the weekend to ensure that the roof was water tight before the rain hit. The new roof looks great and we are very pleased with the end result!"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
