Don promptly provided us with an estimate of the cost, that he didn't go over, and was able to start painting earlier than originally planned. Do was meticulous in his work and went the extra mile to ensure no paint went where it shouldn't. When schedules changed due to other work being done in the house, Don was flexible and cooperative in rearranging his schedule to ensure deconfliction. Don has an outstanding work ethic, showing up on time and giving us a full day's work for a full day's pay. Our job was his number one priority until completion. In addition to doing a top-notch painting job, Don assisted with little extras such as making recommendations, running to get and change light fixtures, airflow regulators, outlet/switch covers, etc. He also provided us with great information about the community as we were new to West Virginia...restaurants, social activities, and outdoor recreation. "Through Angi, I requested a quote to change the carpets on my 3rd level to hardwood floors. Kelvin responded quickly and gave me an estimate to change all of the hardwood from carpet and added some work to the kitchen floor. The day of the project he said I would need to pay more money to change all the floors to hardwood on the 3rd level and charged me $500 for the work even though it was already included in the work scope. He left the floors behind the stove and refrigerator in the kitchen a complete mess and didn’t inform me that holes were left in the floor. The floor looked ten times before the work that was done leaving me wondering about the qualifications of his staff because what professional would do that and purposely hid bad work behind the appliances."

"They claim to be professionals they're far from that they're out to rip people off they done a small wood repair job for my mother and charged her $800 a very hateful to her also they claim to be professionals but they do kindergarten work and also don't ever let him do concrete work they're terrible at it they replaced two boards and a picket and it cost $800 we figured up they owed her money by the rates they said they had see let them know that she was widow and they took advantage of her and I said as far as they was concerned it was closed when she realized how bad she got ripped off please stay far away from this company and they are more than out to take advantage of the elderly and very unprofessional work"
