My primary business is consulting on buildings that have construction defects that allow moisture intrusion, rot, mold, etc. I also work with builders on new buildings to assist in the sequencing and selection of products to prevent moisture intrusion, promote long-term building performance, ie., concrete curing, roof flashing, window and door installation, moisture barriers, basement waterproofing, etc.

We specialize in Metal Roof Installations on residential and commercial buildings. We also do 6" Continuous Gutter. We usually accept money for materials up front and the remainder when the job is finished. We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Checks.

Some hail storms can cause serious damage to your roof and shingles, but unless your roof is aging or already in poor condition, it’s unlikely to necessitate a full roof replacement. It is rare for an insurance company to approve a roof replacement after a hailstorm.

Asphalt shingles blister when air gets trapped between building materials, either within the layers of the shingle itself or in adhesives on the undersides of the shingles. Because of their short lifespan and lack of durability compared to other roofing material types, manufacturers are leaning toward better products, and cities and insurers are starting to require better building materials overall. However, 3-tab shingles are still for sale, and some roofing companies still install them.

Sticky shoes help, but you shouldn't be walking on the steel roof— let the pros do that. it's dangerous enough to walk on asphalt shingled roofs which have quite a bit of texture. Stone coating adds a lot of grip, but it still doesn't lock your foot down, so if you absolutely have to be on the roof, make sure you’re secured in another way, like with the harness and rope.
