It took a month from signing the contract for the team to be able to schedule our small project but it was worth the wait. The team arrived as scheduled and completed all work much more quickly than I thought they would. They were professional and I hardly knew they were working on my roof. After they finished the repair they had me come out to look and asked if there were any other areas on the roof where I had concerns or had noticed leaks. I had none but the roofer proceeded to check the remainder of my roof anyway and fixed a few small "cracks" as he saw them. It's amazing to have a company come to do the job I paid for and then to go above and beyond the contract to make sure my roof was in good condition!

We recently purchased a newer home for one of our houses, because our residents are aging and need a more accessible home. James and his teammate helped us with that. "We called Machen for an estimate to tear off our old roof on our house and detached garage. They were very responsive and Jodi even came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable regarding the materials and products we needed, and we were impressed that he actually climbed the roof to take all of the measurements, where other contractors we had contacted did not. The estimate we received was fair considering that the roof deck would need wrapped and the amount of ice guard we needed. Jodi and his team were on time every day and got right to work. They took their time on the job and were very conscientious about the work performed to ensure it was done correctly. Jodi takes a lot of pride in ensuring the job site remains neat and takes a lot of care to ensure they thoroughly clean up before leaving for the day. We ran into heavy rain halfway through the project and Jodi even came out on the weekend to ensure that the roof was water tight before the rain hit.
