The electrician was running ahead of schedule, and he called to see if he could arrive early. This was great! He repaired my outside light that wasn't working, and determined the source of electricity to an outside lamp post. He cut the power to the lamp post because I didn't want the lamp post any longer. He went above and beyond when he offered to use tools to remove the post, so that I could put a nice plant in its place.

It went really well. The job required a part that we had to purchase on the spot, but that didn't require an additional service call. I'm completely satisfied and will call them again if I have electrical problems.

Was wonderful to work with Brent and his colleagues. From an initial meeting at the job site through multiple e-mails and phone calls, Brent and colleagues carefully figured out what I wanted, did the work perfectly, and also coordinated with the local energy utility (something I was very glad not to have to do). When it seemed the work might cost a bit more than estimated, they checked with me in advance and had a detailed and plausible explanation for why they needed to spend more. Couldn't be more pleased with them, will call them again for any electrical needs.

The guy was professional and helpful. The scheduling was sooner than I expected. They came out a couple of days after I booked the appointment on Angie's list The guy arrived on time and started work right away. The project was not small, but he was able to finish on the same day. At the start of the project he told me that he may need to put a hole on the ceiling to extend the electric line. I said that is fine. while he was working and breaking down barriers he found a way not to put a hole in the ceiling, which save me money. I was very impressed with the way he was able to break down barrier.

Fantastic service! The Electrician Inc. is always professional, courteous, and cleans up after themselves when the job is done. We discussed the best options for running new wiring for a pendant light in the kitchen, and he explained the benefits of doing it the most effective and least costly way.

I bought a new condo and wanted all of the light switches and outlets changed from the existing ivory to white. The electrician was timely and professional. He did an excellent job. I would definitely use this service provider again.

Their response to my initial inquiry was very fast. With the appointment scheduled only ~1-2 days after my initial call. The electrician arrived very promptly (maybe even a few minutes early) he was able to complete the work within an hour. Was very professional and nice.

Called them to get a quote a little after 7:00 a.m. I had a fairly complex list of electrical needs. Dave said he could stop by to give a quote. He scheduled an appointment at 9:00 a.m. the same day. He came out and looked things over. I had just purchased the condo. I gave him the wrong address by mistake, but he still found the place and arrived on time. I got the quote by the end of the day. I approved the quote. Four days later they completed the work, On the scheduled appointment date, the foreman and the junior electrician showed up 10 minutes early. The foreman reviewed the work order with me to ensure that he understood everything. I gave them my cell phone number and left for work. I stopped by over lunch to see how they were doing. They had some challenges fishing some lines through the walls, but they said it was nothing they could not workaround and the work would be complete on the same day. I stopped back at 4:30 p.m.. All the work was done. Everything was vacumned and put back into place. I received the bill the next day. It was $200 cheaper than the quote. I was able to pay online. My dad was an electrician. I know good work when i see it. This is an awesome and profesional company to work with. I definitely wiil use them again

The Electrician is my favorite service provider. They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I never have a problem getting in touch with them. They provide quotes in a timely matter. They have openings on their schedule and can book your work within a two week span. They arrive on time. They do good work. They clean up after themselves. It's that simple. But it's amazing how many service providers DO NOT do this. I love The Electrician and would recommend them to anyone.

Bo was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Offered additional advice and ideas.

The result is great, but i feel guilty because this had to take more than the one hour i purchased in advance. These guys were super responsive, even coming on a Saturday because the light was needed for numerous guests who were going to be using the driveway. They showed professionalism and concern for the customer. I need to contact them because i should pay them more than they charged if you can believe it.
