Brent found that the transformer was full with water, as it was not weather protected. That was affecting our GFCI outlet inside the house as it kept tripping the outlet when we connected anything on that circuit. We didn't realize the transformer was filled with water previously and couldn't figure why the outlet inside kept giving us problems. A new transformer was needed and we have bought one to replace the old one. We still have some other wiring issues that are unrelated to our initial call, but Brent had answered a couple of my phone calls inquiring for assistance at no charge. He's definitely committed to helping his customers, even after he has performed his work.

I'm extremely happy with the service provided by the Electrician. I requested service for some smaller projects over a weekend and even though they don't work on the weekends, Brent was able to find someone to help. Cory did a phenomenal job getting the projects done quickly, and gave us some tips so that we could do it ourselves in the future. He also gave us his phone number in the event we ever had a quick question, but didn't necessarily need someone to come out. Overall, extremely happy that we found The Electrician through Angies List, and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking electrical service.

Our experience with THE ELECTRICIAN company ranks as First Class. From the onset of scheduling the walk-through to prepare a bid, to the turn-around time in receiving the estimate, the process was seamless. The outline for the estimate was very straightforward and broken down by each section of the project, leaving little need for backtracking with lots of questions. THE ELECTRICIAN is a company that reflects a high skill level. They did a commendable job on installing a new circuit breaker box to replace the now-deemed dangerous Federal Pacific brand. The local building inspector gave them a gold star on their work. They have established rapport with the area utility who is responsible for shutting off and resuming whole-house power and that aspect was well coordinated and went smoothly. From my day-and-a-half experience on the project, we encountered promptness, trust, professionalism, respect for the home inside and out; and being customer friendly. They are very adept at troubleshooting and some of our project presented already-existing challenges. They will ask you questions along the way if they have them, and they encourage you to do the same in return ? if you have curiosity about something or just want a better understanding. If any little quirks come up during the project, they are extremely accommodating. I found there pricing to be very fair and competitive, but perhaps the added bonus comes in when you consider the fantastic ?tight ship? the owner runs which results in a pleasant overall project experience with this company. I would hire THE ELECTRICIAN company again without any reservations! In fact, I am already thinking of another aspect of the project for them at a later date. P.S.: And for those of you who appreciate having your home left in a similarly clean condition after they have left, these people are no strangers to a broom or Shop Vac!

The experience went very well from calling them, to scheduling to getting the job done.

It turned out positive. I knew I spent more than the big deal amount and total was about $250 or something. I don't have any problem with them. I mean they were professional. They are excellent. I would use them again.

Service was prompt. Providers were professional. Cost appropriate.

All the work was done well. I didn't have the new fan for the bath and the electrician, Cory, explained that it would be less expensive and easier to order the exact same fan from the manufacturer. I did so and he will come back next week when the parts arrive. The guys were professional and courteous.

Excellent. The electrician showed up on time, requested input on aesthetic/functional aspects of the jobs, and completed his work in a clean and timely manner.

On Fathers day, half the power in my house went out. There were no breakers switched off but there wasa "burned " smell in the panel area. I called first thing Monday morning and talked to Brent who said his crews were all out on other calls but he would get someone there later that day to check the problem and give me an estimate. About an hour later, Brent called and said he would come out himself to check it out and give me an estimate. He was there in about 20 minutes and determined that the entire panel had to be replaced . He then proceeded to coordinate the power company, the city inspectors, some of his crew, and proceeded to work straight thru lunch to about 2 o"clock to replace the panel. Brent then left and the crew member that had delivered the panel and supplies needed to do the job remained to finish the job and clean up. Everything was handled in a totally professional and considerate manner and I would strongly recommend them for any electrical work.

I had some back and forth emails with Brent until we locked down a plan with a good estimate of labor and materials. We changed the plan twice, and Brent was very accomodating, he even called me on a Sunday to confirm a few things as our job was starting Tuesday and I needed some quick answers. Chris was the technician who came to do the work, and he did a fantastic job, asked a few questions when he wasn't sure of my gameplan, and then put his nose to the grindstone and worked hard, I don't think he even took a lunch break! The end results were exactly what we wanted, and Chris tested everything, labelled everything, and cleaned up everything. I offered to give him a hand several times but really all there was to do was watch Chris go at it. I had to work most of the time he was here, but I truly did not need to be there, Chris had everything in control. We got a nice itemized final invoice, and it came in under budget a bit, which I much prefer to going over estimate. We would definately recommend Brent and Chris to anyone doing any kind of electrical work, and we also plan to use them for all our future work. I also have to give thanks to Angie's list, without which I never would have found out about their company!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They were great and wonderful. We found that we needed extra pieces so we paid that charge but the work was as contracted.

I would call them for future electrical work.

$69.00 Everything accomplished except two outlets in bathroom. Discovered that later and in the process of making an appointment to correct that and having additional work done in kitchen pantry.

He came in and went right to work and was very careful about what he was doing. He put the bulb in after finding which bulb would work the best. He cleaned up after himself when he was done and he did a good job. The work was done accurately and I would recommend him.

all the work was done promptly and professionally, and the owner of the business (Brent) is actively involved in the day-to-day operations and even did some of the work himself. He made a second trip to our house after we finished painting the bathroom to install the fixtures there and did not charge us extra. Also, he stuck to the original estimate when he billed us, even though it took his men a little longer than expected to complete all of the work. Brent and his employees were all friendly, courteous, and professional. We will definitely use them again in the future.

It went great. The lighting really brightens the family room!!

We were able to get the electrician to our house on a Friday (we called on Wednesday). We had a blizzard (15" of snow) on Thursday, so that's why it wasn't the next day. He called about 1 1/2 hours ahead on Friday and gave us an estimated arrival time with the caveat about the roads. He was able to get here a little earlier, so we were able to get some questions answered and him not miss his appointment with his next customer. He removed his shoes at the front door. He was friendly and got right to work. He determined the problem right away and was able to replace an old dimmer switch quickly. We are in a 90 year old home, so with older homes you never know what surprises one will find behind walls. We had some other questions like what would replacing our 40+ year old bathroom vanity light entail. He was very knowledgable, and we'll be able to make much better decisions as a result. We also talked about adding some outlets in our living and dining rooms, and he was able to give us information about what to consider there as well.

He was very efficient and friendly. We needed him for an extra half hour and he stayed and did a few more things. We were very happy.

He did some electrical work on an outside lights, a sensor and checked out fuse box and electrical work. Everything went fine and didn’t run into any problems. He explained everything well and was very polite.

Electrician was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Fast response and efficient use of time. I have already recommended him to several friends.

Come in and looked at panel. Recommeded replacing panel based on inspection. Brent and Bo came in, worked with the electrical company on my behalf, did a great job, very professional. Will definitely use their services in the future and would definitely recommend to a friend

Everything went smoothly! Brent was excellent in working out a schedule for us, and all work started promptly as scheduled. Most of the work was done by Bo, and he did excellent work. He answered all our questions and explained what he was doing as the work went along. We will definitely be using them again...( A second electrician assisted in some of the work, but we can not remember his name; he was also very nice and professional.) We highly recommend this company.

They reminded us of our scheduled appointment. He was on time and very professional. We are very happy with the work he did.

I bought the $99 Big Deal for 1 hr of service plus safety check; additional cost was for service/materials beyond the first hour. Scheduling was easy, convenient and office staff was pleasant to deal with. Electrician arrived on time and installed the fans and light kits to my satisfaction. Did the safety check and discovered one GFCI outlet wasn't working so he replaced that as well as some almond-colored switches and outlets that didn't match since we remodeled the bathroom to white. He didn't have the white switches/outlets on the truck (which he admitted he should have and normally does, but had just come back from a multi-day out of town job and hadn't restocked), so he had to make a run to the supply house. Didn't charge me for the supply run, but the job took an extra 45 min because of it, hence the B for professionalism. Overall did a good job and I would recommend them.

Everything went smoothly, even better than expected.
